It was an honor to be hired and photograph a Valentine's dinner at the church I grew up in.

Bethel Temple Assembly of God in Pilsen 1450 W. 19th St. Chicago, IL 60608.

They organized this event to raise funds for the Orphanage the church has in Veracruz.

It was a Mexican fiesta theme event so of course I had to make some bright paper flowers for the backdrop. It was cute to see all the couples come in

dressed up in theme.

I participated as well and finally got the chance to wear my new blouse I bought in Patzcuaro, Michoacan this past November. 

The set up was beautiful in the dining room. There were piñatas, paper flowers and other cute decor. The food was AMAZING!!

Thank you to the Ortiz's that were in the kitchen and the many other people that organized and helped as well! I even had leftovers to take home!!
